1. General Information

This website gives general information about New Abhai Travels and the vehicles we offer. We keep it accurate and up to date, but details can change, and nothing on the website is a binding offer. The details that apply to your trip are the ones we confirm to you in writing when you book, under our Terms & Conditions.

2. Vehicle Photos, Features & Availability

  • Vehicle photos are representative. The vehicle you receive will be of the confirmed model or category, but colour, trim, interior and accessories may differ from the photos.
  • Features listed for a vehicle type, such as music systems, charging points or recliner seats, may vary between individual vehicles. Please ask us if a particular feature matters to you, and we'll confirm it before booking.
  • "On Enquiry" means availability and rate are confirmed only when you contact us. A listing doesn't guarantee that a vehicle is free on your dates.
  • The "Popular" label reflects which vehicles our customers book most often in our own experience. It is not a rating by any independent body.
  • Vehicles not listed on this website may be arranged through partner operators on request, subject to availability.

3. Reviews & Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials on this website are shared by our customers with their consent, and describe their own experiences. Individual experiences may vary.

5. Travel Information

Estimated travel times, routes and destination suggestions we share are for planning only. Actual journey times depend on traffic, weather, road conditions and government restrictions.

6. Website Availability

We try to keep this website available and free of errors, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If you notice something incorrect, please let us know at newabhaitravels@yahoo.co.in.

7. Your Rights

Nothing in this disclaimer limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law.
