Why should you take a car or bus from New Abhai Travels?
Because we provide comfortable, clean, reliable vehicles with experienced drivers, making your local or outstation journey safe, convenient, and hassle-free.
What is required to rent a vehicle?
A valid ID proof, customer name and mobile number, advance payment as per the rental terms, and a signed rental agreement are required. No driving licence or security deposit is required.
Do vehicles come with a driver?
Yes. Self-drive isn't available. Every vehicle, from cars to buses, comes with a professional driver as part of the service.
What's the fuel policy?
Fuel is included in the agreed rental fare, and the vehicle is handed over with a reasonable fuel level for the booked trip, so there's nothing to arrange yourself. Extra kilometres, detours, or trips beyond the agreed package, along with tolls, parking, and other statutory charges, are billed separately as per the confirmed terms.
Can I cancel or reschedule an enquiry?
Since nothing is paid online, there's nothing to formally cancel. Just message or call us to change plans and we'll adjust or reschedule.
How is the rate confirmed if there's no online checkout?
Rates depend on the vehicle, dates, distance and any add-ons. Enquire for the vehicle you want and we'll confirm the exact total over WhatsApp or a call before you commit.
